United Natural Foods, Inc, better known as UNFI, is the world's largest publicly traded grocery wholesaler and service provider, servicing over 30,000 retail grocery customers and over 7,000 suppliers.I held various roles during my 6+ year tenure that involved building and launching industry leading digital products that helped our customers and suppliers be more successful!The digital products we built and launched have helped thousands of independent grocers run the stores that serve communities all across America.I received the GenNext award from Progressive Grocer for my work on myUNFI and iUNFI, the products pictured here.

A fully responsive web platform and mobile app that aggregates and visualizes healthcare provider referral patterns inside an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) to empower positive change.

The 2-1-1 Childcare app, a key initiative by United Way, revolutionizes how communities access childcare services. Initially launched as a toll-free hotline, this platform now empowers Connecticut families to effortlessly discover nearly 4,000 state-licensed childcare providers. Through advanced filtering, parents can pinpoint providers meeting specific needs—whether it's NAEYC accreditation, special needs expertise, or convenient hours.The fully responsive web app ensures a seamless search experience, connecting families with reliable, quality childcare solutions tailored to their criteria.

A dedicated Android Wear 2.0 weather app with an innovative experience that includes timely and valuable weather features, such as AccuWeather MinuteCast, minute-by-minute precipitation forecasts over the next two hours.The application is award winning and regularly regarded as one of the best weather applications on Android Wear.

An innovative new product from SendGrid to enable users to engage with their audience through behavior-driven, highly personalized, and well timed messaging.

Dockwa, the "OpenTable for boaters," transformed marina bookings into a seamless, efficient process. A race against time to launch before the summer boating season, focusing first on providing marinas with a digital solution to optimize operations and boost traffic — a first in the industry.Working with dockmasters and boaters revealed critical inefficiencies: complex reservation processes and operational gaps. The Dockwa platform and app streamlined these processes, minimizing touchpoints and simplifying bookings all while delivering an experience users love.

The MoFuse platform launched at the dawn of the iPhone era in 2007 and allowed anyone to quickly create a mobile app in just minutes using an intuitive drag-and-drop builder.

These two products are from 2001 and 2005 respectively and were my first two products that I launched to achieve some levels of scale and success. Wireless-IM.com had millions of active users sending hundreds of millions of messages while Yutter helped over 60,000 publishers grow their subscriber base by syndicating their content via RSS to Email.
