Forge is a Hermes agent I primarily work with through Telegram. He runs on a dedicated VPS in my basement homelab, hosted on Proxmox, and has access to Claude Code and Codex. I can give him an idea, refine the direction through conversation, and have him build, test, deploy, and publish a working prototype with limited oversight.
